How would you INCORPORATE Bob & Brads products into your routine?

I’d build Bob & Brad products into specific “recovery moments” in my day instead of using them randomly, so they actually support how my body feels over time. In the morning, I’d use a lighter tool like a massage gun or trigger point device from Bob and Brad for just a few minutes on stiff areas like the neck, shoulders, or calves to get blood flow going and reduce that tight, sleepy feeling. It’s less about deep pressure and more about waking the muscles up. After workouts or long physical activity, I’d switch to deeper recovery work—using a massage gun on sore muscle groups for short intervals, then pairing it with stretching. The idea is to hit major areas like quads, hamstrings, and back while they’re still warm so recovery is faster and soreness doesn’t build up as much over the next day or two. In the evening, I’d use slower, more relaxing techniques—lighter pressure or a softer attachment—to help unwind tension from sitting, studying, or working. That’s when I’d focus on areas like the lower back or shoulders to help the body shift into rest mode instead of staying tense. The key is consistency and matching intensity to the time of day: energizing in the morning, functional recovery after activity, and calming at night. That’s what makes the tools actually feel like part of a routine instead of something you just pick up occasionally.
