Interview Questions
Pacifica Beauty
Program Marketing Intern
Why are you interesting in working with us?
I’m interested in working with Pacifica Beauty because I truly admire the brand’s commitment to clean, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty. As a student at The Ohio State University on the Fashion & Retail Studies marketing track, I’m especially passionate about how branding, sustainability, and consumer engagement intersect in today’s beauty industry. Pacifica stands out to me because it combines strong visual identity with meaningful values, appealing to socially conscious Gen Z consumers. I would love the opportunity to apply what I’m learning in fashion marketing while contributing creatively to a brand that is redefining beauty in an ethical and innovative way.

How will you ensure all participants of our GIGs are Completing their deliverables on time?
I will ensure all participants complete their deliverables on time by setting clear expectations from the start, outlining deadlines, and breaking larger projects into smaller milestones. I would use the workspace to track progress consistently and check in regularly with team members to identify any challenges early. Creating a shared timeline and sending reminder updates will help keep everyone accountable. I also believe in fostering open communication so participants feel comfortable asking questions before falling behind. By staying organized, proactive, and supportive, I can help keep the team on track and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.

What's your experience usiing home from college? Do you understand how to use the platform and workspace? Please elaborate
I understand how to use Home From College and its workspace. The platform allows students to create a profile, upload their resume, and apply to project-based programs with companies. Once accepted, the workspace is organized with assigned tasks, deadlines, team communication, and shared documents, similar to tools like Slack or Google Drive. It’s structured and easy to navigate, making it simple to track progress, collaborate with teammates, and complete deliverables in a professional setting.
