Gen Z individuals are generally known for being passionate about the things they care about. They want to make a difference. They want careers that are fulfilling and will support them in today's world. Many younger people are increasingly open to jobs that are remote, hybrid, or even abroad. Gen Z individuals are also concerned with their work-life balance as they want to have fun and believe life is meant to be enjoyed. I am currently in a journalism class where I interview people and write various types of stories based on my interviews. I would love to dive deeper into this topic as I interview my Gen Z peers about their future career goals. This is something that many of my friends are already talking about as we are approaching the end of our time in college.
