Can you share an experience where your data management skills positively impacted business operations?
While working at Pandora Jewelry, I noticed that our team was losing track of items that were low in stock during high traffic seasons. I kept note on paper and in our POS system of which styles customers were asking about the most. I shared these insights with the store manager and worked with her to adjust our reordering priorities based on customer feedback rather than only past sales. This helped us improve our ability to meet customer needs instantly.
