I start by identifying what makes the promotion special; whether it’s a limited-time flavor or a flash sale—and then create content around how it fits into the lifestyle of our audience. For example, I might create a TikTok using trending audio to show a ‘day in the life’ featuring Skinny Mixes, ending with a fun reveal of the promo.

I stay updated with the latest TikTok trends by actively engaging with the platform daily; especially through the FYP. Once I identify a trend, I assess how it aligns with the brand’s voice and audience. For Skinny Mixes, I’d creatively adapt trends to highlight product benefits; whether that’s using trending audio to highlight a new flavor or using seasonal aesthetics to inspire recipe content.
