Yes! I was a brand ambassador for Breeze Airways and I helped promote awareness by setting up booths on campus and telling them the amazing deals they had.

How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
I would reassure them and remove the fear behind, trying a new product. Then I would replace that fear with curiosity and give them some enticing information after I would do some positive verbal nudges such as “You don’t need a reason to try”.
