My favorite streaming service is Paramount+ as it has shows that are no longer shown on traditional cable. It has nostalgic shows with high re-watch values to capture that "back in the days" feel.

My favorite marketing camapaign I've seen is definitely the Nike "Just Do IT" campaign as it slogan is one that os known globally. This campaign has shown inclusivity not only through its incorporation of athletes from all sports, but it includes athletes of different races, ethnicities, gender orientation, and athletes with disabilities. Nike's campaign showcases its diversity, along with the fact that no matter who you are or what you do, their product is suitable for you.

Wellness to me is the continuous practice of healthy habits that result in a better physical and mental state. It means intentionally taking steps that will aid in a hearty, healthy, and more rewarding way of life. I integrate wellness in my life daily through exercise, meditation, prayer, vitamins, self-care activities, and ultimately through practicing healthy, nutrient-filled eating habits.
