How would you approach a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
I would start by asking if they had any allergies or food sensitivities. If not, I’d relate to them that I too am wary of stepping out of my comfort zone, but I was actually pleasantly surprised by what I was aiming to sell. This makes the interaction feel more human and authentic.
