How do you stay organized?

I stay organized by keeping a running to-do list that I update in real-time. As soon as a new task comes in, I add it to my project management tool with a specific due date and any notes I need to remember. By getting everything out of my head and into a system, I can stay calm and focused even when I’m managing multiple clients or projects at once.

How do you ensure that deliverables are submitted on time and on-brand in a fast-paced environment?

I stay on track by using project management tools like Asana or Monday.com to organize my tasks and set my own internal deadlines a day or two early. This gives me a buffer for any last-minute changes so I'm never rushing. To make sure everything is on-brand, I keep a digital guide of the client’s style and goals right in front of me. This helps me stay focused on their vision and catch the small details even when things are moving fast.

How would you increase engagement for a low-carb, zero sugar brand on social media?

I’d lean heavily into user-generated content and flavor hacks. Instead of just the brand talking, I’d highlight real customers showing how they fit these products into their daily routines. I’d ask the community to share their own 'secret recipes' in the comments and then feature the best ones on our main feed. Giving the audience a seat at the table makes them feel like brand experts, which naturally drives up comments and shares.
