A customer is unhappy with their experience of using our product, what do you do?
Apologize for the lack of great experience. Be very understanding to the customer and ensure that we will be happy to help in any way. Inform them that a return can be made within 30 days after the date of delivery for a full refund if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Anything after 30 days will be refunded as store credit. And for any more information regarding the return process, provide them a link to the official website under the refund policy section (https://www.glasstats.com/policies/refund-policy). End the conversation pleasantly and ensure that, in the end, the customer is satisfied.
