Share a time you had to think creatively to solve a problem?
One time I had to think creatively to solve a problem was when a miscommunication occurred about a project deadline with a client. The client thought the deadline was on Monday, but we had agreed on Friday. When I realized the mistake on Friday afternoon, I knew that we had to act fast to get the project completed and delivered to the client on time.
To solve the problem, I first reached out to my team to see if anyone was available to help. I was able to find another team member who was willing to work with me over the weekend to complete the project. We divided the work between us, and I focused on the parts that required the most attention to detail.
During the weekend, we encountered a few challenges that required creative problem-solving. One issue was that we needed to include a particular data point that we didn't have access to. To solve this problem, we found a way to estimate the data using other available information and presented it to the client in a transparent way.
In the end, we were able to complete the project by Sunday evening, and the client was very happy with the results. This experience taught me the importance of clear communication and the ability to think creatively to solve unexpected problems.

what beauty brands do you love on social and why?
When it comes to beauty brands, one that I really love is Farmacy. They have a strong commitment to using all-natural and organic ingredients in their skincare products, which is something that I personally value. I appreciate that they are transparent about their ingredients and use sustainable farming practices to source them.
In addition to their product offerings, I think Farmacy does a great job of being consistent with their brand image across all touchpoints. From their packaging to their messaging, everything feels cohesive and on-brand. This helps to build trust with consumers and reinforces the quality of their products.
Another brand that I admire for their marketing efforts is MILK Makeup. They have a strong social media presence and are really in tune with their target audience. Their social media feeds are full of fun and creative content, and they often collaborate with influencers to showcase their products. I think they do a great job of engaging with their customers and building a sense of community around their brand.
