How would you identify influencers that align with a brand’s values?
I start by defining the brand’s values, voice, and target audience, then review influencers’ content, tone, and past partnerships to see if they naturally align. I check audience demographics and engagement quality to ensure real fit and impact, and do a quick reputation scan for brand safety. I prioritize creators whose content and lifestyle already match the brand so the partnership feels authentic.
