Have you ever struggled to communicate something important to someone close to you?

Yes, I’ve struggled to communicate important thoughts and feelings, especially when I didn’t have clarity around my emotions or feared being misunderstood. That experience showed me how mental clarity plays a huge role in healthy communication and relationships, and it’s why I value tools and habits that help people slow down, reflect, and express themselves more clearly.
