What does authenticity mean to you?

I like to think of authenticity and transparency as synonyms. Authenticity is putting one's true self on display. It's taking a "no filters" approach to the product. I think authenticity can also be very powerful. In a world that tells us we need to be so many different things, to be authentic is to be brave.

How do you create FOMO and social proof?

I think that with skincare products, FOMO can be created in several ways depending on what the She Biology is looking for. For example, we could have limited time sales or limited time only products/offerings that entice consumers to shop with us. This also works well on social media, as we can create multiple posts reminding the audience that there's only [x] days left to get the product before the promotion ends. Otherwise, we can create FOMO via influencer collaborations. If audiences notice that their favorite influencers are using our products, they may want to emulate the influencer in order to not feel left out. This is also a great way to reach potentially new audiences. This can also help with creating social proof. Another way of creating social proof is by creating content that reinforces the positive effects of using She Biology products. Here's some examples: - Before and After videos - Videos that display the old, incorrect behavior "I used to take never take care of my skin, and then I discovered She Biology..."

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?

I would carefully read their review and assess the issue. Then, I would respond to them and apologize for their bad experience. Next, I would offer them different solutions to their problem (whether that's a refund, sending them a complimentary product, or something else). Overall, I want the consumer to feel that they are being valued, that they are being listened to, that their experience matters, and that we care.
