How long (Generally) does it take you to create a piece of video content?
It typically depends on the content but for anything regarding beverages it takes 1-2 hours to set up and film that way I can have multiple shots that best fit the video style which I typically base on the audio I determine before I film! I find food and drink related videos my favorite to make.

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt them into your content creation strategy?
I typically use my personal account to get an idea of what's currently trending but I have noticed that different business accounts have different algorithms so I do a rotation of searches!! I use my personal to scroll for trending content revolving drinks, travel and school. I use my business account for office content, professional trends and typically trending audios.
