While I have not created formal QA reports in a professional role yet, I have practiced writing structured bug reports during self-directed testing and academic projects. For example, when identifying an issue, I document the environment, clear steps to reproduce the problem, the expected versus actual behavior, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots. I focus on making reports detailed enough that another person can reliably reproduce and verify the issue.
