How do you stay organized and ensure you can consistently deliver high-quality videos on a monthly schedule?
I stay organized by planning things out ahead of time and breaking everything into smaller steps. At the start of the month, I’ll map out video ideas, decide what to film each week, and film when I can so I’m not scrambling last minute. I usually keep track of everything with a simple notes app or content calendar and make sure I leave enough time for editing and posting. Having a routine helps me stay consistent while still making sure the videos look good and feel on-brand.Balancing school, work, and content creation has helped me get really good at managing my time, so I’m comfortable sticking to a monthly schedule and consistently putting out quality content.

I have experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media, especially content made for Instagram and TikTok. On TikTok, I have a cumulative off 685 thousand views and a total of 56 thousand likes. I’m comfortable planning, filming, and editing videos that feel aesthetic, engaging, and on-trend, while still staying true to a brand’s vibe. I usually use CapCut and InShot for editing, along with Instagram and TikTok’s in-app tools for quick cuts, text, and trending sounds. I focus on clean visuals, smooth transitions, and keeping content natural and relatable rather than over-edited. I’ve also created lifestyle, day-in-the-life, and informational content, so I’m used to making videos that feel both helpful and visually appealing. I’m comfortable managing a consistent posting schedule and adapting content based on performance or feedback.

I like that it actually supports students and makes the scholarship process feel less intimidating, instead of just throwing a bunch of information at you. With my background in communications and content creation, I enjoy sharing helpful resources in a way that feels relatable. I’d love to help introduce Kranay Academy to students who might feel unsure about scholarships and show them that it’s something they can actually manage and benefit from.
