What role does journaling play in your life?
I recently began journaling when I went abroad. I stopped this practice a while ago but am so glad I started again. It allows me to reflect on my actions and review my goals every day. I am getting so much more out of my experience by reviewing what I want out of each day and it is amazing to look back on all of the growth I have had even in just a month.
