In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?
Scheduling with external partners would need to be first due to the time-sensitivity of availability and keeping relations positive. Then preparing for a meeting, and followed by updating the financial models and tracking inventory movement. Everything needs to be done concisely, from what most could effect the company, to what potentially could not leave a detrimental mark if left alone for an hour.
