Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
I used to work at a grocery store. A lot of elderly people lived in the area so they would always be the main customers in the store. I would always make sure to go the extra mile to make sure they had an easy experience such as carrying heavy items or making their bags light so they would not have to struggle to carry such a heavy load to put in their car. I would always make sure to greet and conversate with them so that they knew that they were loved and appreciated.

Yes, I am comfortable speaking to existing customers on the phone. Due to spending time in customer service and retail, speaking to customers is something that I am very familiar with.
