PLEASE SHARE A stem TOPIC that YOU'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT AND HOW YOU WOULD INCORPORATE IT INTO YOUR CONTENT.

A STEM topic I’m passionate about is mental health psychology — specifically how the brain responds to stress, anxiety, and faith. I love understanding why we feel the way we do, and how things like prayer, gratitude, and positive thinking literally rewire our brains. I’d incorporate this into my content by making simple, short videos that connect faith + science. For example: • explaining how prayer reduces cortisol, • how gratitude changes your brain chemistry, • or how God designed our nervous system to return to peace. I’d break it down in a way that’s easy, comforting, and relatable for Gen Z. My goal would be to make content that helps people understand their emotions through both a faith lens and a science lens — so they feel educated, understood, and closer to God at the same time.”

What are you up to next semester (internships, extra-curriculars etc.)?

Next semester I’m focusing on growing as a creator and as a leader. I’ll be balancing school with content creation, and I’m planning to join more campus-related organizations so I can stay connected, especially anything that helps build community. I also want to get more involved in faith-based spaces, because that’s been a big priority for me lately.
