Have you ever sold something online or in person? Share an example, big or small. Talk about what you learned from that selling experience
Yes, I’ve sold digital services online, including AI automation setups and chatbot integration for small businesses. One of my first clients was a local car detailing business that didn’t have an online presence. I offered them a simple website chatbot and automation system for lead generation. From this experience, I learned how important it is to listen to client needs, communicate clearly, and deliver value fast. It also taught me that confidence and clarity in explaining your offer can make even a small project feel big for the client — and build trust for long-term business.

What's your video creation process? How do you usually get your inspirations?
My video creation process usually starts with research , I scroll through trending content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to understand what’s resonating with audiences. Once I find an idea, I put my own unique twist on it. I write a short script or storyboard, record with my phone, and then edit using tools like CapCut or VN. I usually get inspiration from relatable situations, trending audio, or content gaps where I feel I can add something new or funny. I focus on strong hooks in the first 3 seconds to keep viewers engaged.

Tell me about a piece of content you made that got more engagement than usual. What do you think made it successful?
One piece of content that got significantly more engagement than usual was a short Instagram reel I created that shared a relatable scenario with a humorous twist. I believe it was successful because it tapped into a common experience among my audience, had a strong hook within the first 3 seconds, and included trending audio. I also added a short but powerful caption that encouraged viewers to comment their opinions, which boosted interaction.
