Pick any Swishvo provider type (doula, midwife, chaplain, herbalist, grief counselor, etc.) and pitch one short-form video concept you’d make for them. Include the hook, the visual, and the caption.
For a full-spectrum doula, the short-form video concept opens with the on-screen text hook, "Stop letting insurance companies tell you that doula care is a luxury," paired with a grounding voiceover. Visually, it shows a practitioner packing a birth bag with an exercise ball and oils in warm, natural lighting, before they look directly at the camera with an empathetic smile and hold up a laptop displaying the Swishvo dashboard. The accompanying caption reads: “The system wasn't built for birth workers, so we built a new one. For too long, the administrative headache of insurance billing has kept doulas from the families who need them most. Swishvo handles your credentialing, coding, and claims so you can focus entirely on the sacred work of holding space. Your care is essential healthcare—it’s time you get paid like it. Link in bio to get credentialed. #DoulaCare #BirthWorker #Swishvo.”

A provider comments on our post: ‘I tried a platform like this before and got burned. Why should I trust y’all?’ Draft your response.
We completely understand that skepticism. The current system has left birth workers and healers burned for a long time, so we do not expect your trust upfront—we want to earn it. Traditional platforms often act as a corporate middleman, but Swishvo was built specifically by and for community care providers to break down the exact billing and credentialing barriers that exhaust you. We do not lock you into confusing contracts or hide fees; instead, we handle the heavy backend insurance lifting so you actually get paid what you are worth, sustainably and securely.

Show us one brand on TikTok or Instagram whose voice you’d want Swishvo’s to feel like, and one we should absolutely not sound like. Why?
Swishvo’s voice on TikTok and Instagram should mirror Hims & Hers while absolutely avoiding the tone of Oscar Health. Hims & Hers excels because they destigmatized a complex, gatekept industry by wrapping it in an empathetic, sleek, and lifestyle-driven peer conversation, which perfectly aligns with Swishvo's mission to bridge sacred community healing with modern insurance infrastructure. Conversely, Oscar Health falls into the trap of clinical, detached tech-startup jargon and corporate health insurance bureaucracy. Because independent doulas, ancestral guides, and holistic practitioners historically distrust traditional healthcare institutions, any voice that feels overly corporate or institutional will instantly alienate Swishvo's audience; the brand must sound like a grounding community advocate, never an insurance middleman.
