I think Gen Z in specific is moving towards wanting to work in remote roles that allow them more flexability to do other side hustles and ventures. In comparison to previous generations that view their career as their entire life and staying at one company their whole life, Gen Z individuals have become much less career-focused and more life focused. They see jobs as a way to allow them to live the life they want and pursue side opportunities. We move around constantly looking for growth and opportunity, and want a place that allows us to do that.
