Can you give an example of a successful Influencer or social media campaign you were involved in?
I worked for a fashion design school in high school as a digital marketing intern. I boosted engagement and enrollment through reels showcasing current students creating their designs, paired with behind-the-scenes videos of workshops and events. I also created interactive Instagram stories, such as “Which Style Matches You?” quizzes and polls on fashion trends, to engage prospective students.

When evaluating micro-influencers to post for a campaign, what engagement metrics do you consider?
When evaluating micro-influencers for campaigns, it’s essential to consider key engagement metrics to ensure their audience aligns with your goals. Start by analyzing their engagement rate, which should ideally fall between 3-10%, and assess the quality of audience interaction, such as genuine and relevant comments. Examine their follower growth rate to ensure steady, organic growth, avoiding influencers with sudden spikes that might indicate purchased followers. Review their reach, impressions, and story views to gauge audience visibility, and, if possible, request data on click-through rates (CTR) from past campaigns to evaluate their ability to drive action. It’s also important to analyze the performance of different content types, such as videos or carousels, and check metrics like saved and shared content, which indicate audience trust and content resonance. Additionally, ensure their audience demographics—such as age, gender, location, and interests—align with your target market, and verify that their niche matches your brand to maximize relevance and impact. By combining these metrics with an assessment of authenticity and content quality, you can select influencers who will deliver meaningful results.
