How do you approach identifying and documenting bugs in digital products?
I start by figuring out what the product is supposed to do and how it is supposed to work. I look at what the product needs to do and how users will interact with it. When I test the features I do it in a way. I try to use the product in the way that most people will use it. I also try to use the product in ways that are not so common like when someone puts in the wrong information or the internet connection is bad.
