How would you onboard your peers onto a new platform?
“I would start by clearly explaining the value of the platform. For example, explaining why it’s useful and how it benefits my peers in their daily lives. Then I’d make the onboarding process as simple as possible by breaking it down into quick, easy steps and even demonstrating it in person or through short videos. To encourage adoption, I’d make it social by getting early users involved and creating a sense of community around the platform. People are more likely to join when they see their peers already using it. I’d also use incentives like giveaways or exclusive perks to motivate people to sign up and try it out. At the same time, I’d make myself available to answer questions and help troubleshoot any issues so no one feels stuck. Finally, I’d follow up with users, gather feedback, and adjust the approach to make the experience smoother and more engaging over time.”

How would you engage your campus community to effectively promote a brand?
“I would start by really understanding the campus culture—what students care about, what trends are popular, and where they spend their time, both online and in person. From there, I’d use social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to create engaging, relatable content that feels authentic rather than overly promotional. I’d also focus on in-person engagement by hosting interactive events, pop-ups, or giveaways that get students excited to participate and share their experiences. Partnering with student organizations and campus influencers would help expand reach and build trust within different communities. To keep momentum, I’d stay consistent with branding and messaging while also offering incentives like discounts or free products to encourage trial. Finally, I’d pay attention to feedback and engagement to continuously improve the strategy and make sure the brand stays relevant to students.”

How do you prioritize bugs when testing a product?
Prioritizing bugs is less about “what’s broken” and more about “what matters most right now.” The goal is to fix the issues that create the biggest risk to users, the business, or the product’s success.
The usual questions I ask to when testing a product is:
Is it breaking something important? (crash, can’t use feature)
How many users are affected? (everyone or just a few?)
How often does it happen? (every time or rarely?)
Is it urgent? (release coming soon?)
Does it affect money, data, or trust? Is it quick to fix?
Is I functioning the way it’s been advertised or close enough?
