What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is being at optimum peace in all senses - in all aspects. It is a balance of all aspects in life, whether it may be physical, mental, social, spiritual, etc. It highlights one's well-being and fitness not just physically but in all domains of life. I have been integrating wellness in my life by doing the things that brings me solitude and it includes many things and activities but it is not limited to as follows: implementing a skincare routine, exercise routine, meal plan, meditation and yoga, social exposure, community service, and establishing good rapport in the school.
