Why Are you excited to work with humbl?
What excites me most about working with Humbl is the chance to take a high-end, "country kitchen" aesthetic and make it feel both modern and accessible for dog owners. I really love the challenge of translating a brand’s wholesome values into digital assets that feel authentic rather than just like another advertisement. There is something really satisfying about designing for a product that focuses on health and quality, and I think that’s a space where clean, thoughtful design can make a huge impact on how much a customer trusts the brand. This role feels like a perfect fit because I’m currently working as a graphic designer for a research lab on campus, where I’m doing this exact type of work every day. My current job involves taking complex information and turning it into engaging social media content, digital ads, and website graphics that actually grab people's attention. I’m already used to the fast pace of managing multiple design projects at once and keeping everything perfectly aligned with a specific brand voice, so I’m ready to hit the ground running with Humbl’s visual identity.

How would you tailor a social media graphic to engage dog owners?
To engage dog owners for a brand like Humbl, I focus on creating an emotional connection through high-quality, "human-grade" visuals that mirror the wholesome, country-kitchen aesthetic. Instead of just showing a bag of kibble, I would design a graphic that shows the "real" moments of dog ownership—like a dog waiting by the stove while a meal is being prepped. I find that using Adobe Express is perfect for this because I can quickly layer warm, natural textures and clean typography over a photo to make it feel like a cozy home project rather than a corporate ad.I also prioritize "scroll-stopping" educational content that adds value to a pet owner's life. This might mean creating a graphic that lists specific "European-inspired" ingredients and their health benefits, using a layout that feels like a modern recipe card. By using clear, readable fonts and a soft, earthy color palette, the design feels trustworthy and premium. I always make sure the call to action is simple and visible, like a "Save for later" reminder or a quick link to a starter guide, because dog owners are usually busy and appreciate content that is both beautiful and easy to digest.

What design tools are you most comfortable using for digital content creation?
I’m most comfortable using Adobe Express for digital content creation because it’s the perfect tool for maintaining a consistent, high-end brand aesthetic while staying agile with social media trends. For a brand like Humbl Pet Food, I’d use Express to build out those "European country kitchen" inspired assets, leveraging its professional templates and typography to ensure every post feels warm and wholesome. I’ve found it’s the most efficient way to scale design across different platforms—like turning a digital ad into an email header or an Instagram story—without losing any of the brand’s visual quality.Even though I use Express for the bulk of my content creation, I still have a solid foundation in the broader Adobe Creative Cloud. I often use Adobe Acrobat to organize my design projects and share them as professional, interactive PDFs, which I think is essential for keeping a workflow "industry-ready" when collaborating with a team. Whether I’m designing a quick social graphic or a more complex email campaign, I focus on making sure the visuals are clean, accessible, and perfectly aligned with the brand's voice.
