Extremely. Almost all of my purchases are influenced by reviews. I always like to have my own opinion on things but if something has terrible reviews throughout, I won't waste my money on it.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness to me is not just things like food and exercise, but also things that bring you mental peace and happiness. In addition to eating right and working out we also need to make time to make sure we take care of ourselves and do things we enjoy. I also set aside time in my life to do little stuff I enjoy like color or watch my favorite movie.
