What’s your approach to improving content based on feedback or analytics?

When I receive feedback, I make it a priority to apply it, because in this context it’s in both our best interests, the content improves, and the goals we share are better served. I then analyze which elements could still be improved, make adjustments, and track performance through KPIs. I truly believe that combining feedback with data-driven analysis is the key to create better content daily.

When you get a creative brief, how do you make it feel authentic?

I usually read it several times out loud, because I want it to feel natural, and not recited. Then I often record multiple clips, experimenting with different tones, levels of enthusiasm, and body language. That's what helps me find the version that feels most authentic while still delivering the message effectively.

What’s your process for coming up with hooks that stop people from scrolling?

I usually start by analyzing what’s already working, both within the same industry and sometimes in other industries as well. If certain hooks consistently capture attention, it’s a strong signal that the structure or wording resonates with people. I use that as inspiration and adapt it to the specific message or audience.
