Grew engagement of Civics Unplugged and Ladles of Love's social media accounts by 20 and 30 percent respectively. I defined success in either of the roles in terms of creating an efficient content creation and posting system which could be handled by the community itself, without the need to depend on the coordinator at all times. This experience would make more sense in a non-profit setting, but I wish to apply for a business perspective.
