Describe your experience developing partnerships and running events
I have hands-on experience developing partnerships and running events through my internship with Kaleidoscope Park, as well as my role as Co-Founder and President of the Texas Minority Sports Association at The University of Texas at Austin.
At Kaleidoscope Park, I worked directly on event execution and community engagement by supporting large-scale public events that brought together a wide range of partners, vendors, and attendees. I helped coordinate logistics, assist with on-site activations, and ensure events ran smoothly from setup to breakdown. This experience taught me how to manage fast-paced environments, engage with diverse audiences, and represent a brand in a professional and approachable way. I also contributed to capturing content and observing attendee interactions, which helped inform how events can be improved and made more engaging.
In addition, through TMSA, I have led partnership outreach and event planning from the ground up. I connect with professionals and organizations in the sports industry, coordinate guest speaker events, and manage logistics such as scheduling, promotion, and execution. I focus on creating events that are both engaging and valuable, where attendees can network, learn, and build meaningful connections.
Together, these experiences have given me a strong foundation in partnership development, event execution, and community engagement, along with the ability to represent a brand confidently and create positive, memorable experiences for attendees.

These products typically contain nourishing ingredients that help strengthen strands, reduce dryness, and enhance natural texture. Highlighting real results, such as improved curl definition, reduced poofiness, and healthier-looking hair, can demonstrate their effectiveness. Additionally, showcasing how these products celebrate and embrace natural hair textures helps reinforce their purpose and connects with audiences who are looking for solutions tailored to their unique hair needs.
