Interview Questions
MICROMINT
Founding Campus Ambassador

What strategies would you use to spread the word about MicroMint on campus?
I would take a multi-channel approach to spreading awareness on campus. First, I would leverage my existing networks within student organizations and my sorority to introduce MicroMint in smaller, trusted group settings where conversations feel organic rather than promotional. I would also use social platforms like Instagram and group chats to share relatable messaging tied to real student goals such as saving for trips, events, or post-grad expenses. Framing it around specific, tangible goals makes it more compelling. In addition, I would encourage peer-to-peer sharing within savings circles so that growth feels community-driven. By combining social posts, direct outreach, and in-person conversations, I believe awareness would spread authentically and sustainably.

How would you motivate your peers to join a savings circle?
I would motivate my peers by creating a sense of shared accountability and tying the savings circle to goals that resonate with college students. Whether it’s saving for travel, events, or life after graduation, framing it around specific, relatable outcomes makes participation feel purposeful. I would also use small milestones and group encouragement to keep momentum strong, making the experience feel collaborative rather than transactional.
