Interview Questions
W Labs
Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

What influencers should W Labs work with in 2026?
W Labs should work with influencers who embody confidence, performance, and authenticity — creators who live the “high-impact hygiene” lifestyle. In 2026, that means partnering with fitness and lifestyle influencers like David Laid and Ashton Hall, who appeal to young men focused on training and self-improvement, as well as grooming creators like Siddharth Batra, who can highlight W’s clean, vitamin-infused formulas. Collaborating with relatable micro-influencers in the gym, men’s style, and college lifestyle spaces will help W connect with its core audience of guys who want to smell great, perform hard, and feel fresh all day.

Influencer & Community Marketing Intern

Do you have experience in influencer Marketing or Social Media? If so explain what projects you've worked on?
Yes, I have worked in social media as a UGC creator for 2 brands (TeachShare - website that creates class materials with AI for teachers, and Thetawise - a website for AI math homework help) making 2 TikTok videos for each brand a day - 7 days a week. I would focus on what videos got the most views and build on my content from there.
I've also worked as a social media manager for my own company, creating Facebook ads for clients.
Zeeza
Tik Tok and Instagram Content Creator

How do you create viral, culturally relevant content on Tik Tok and Instagram?
I create viral, culturally relevant content by staying on top of trends while making them feel authentic to the audience. I focus on strong hooks in the first few seconds, visually engaging storytelling, and incorporating humor, relatability, or cultural moments that resonate. I also test different formats and monitor performance so I can iterate on what works and keep content shareable and on-brand.
