E.L.F is a great beauty brand that has a great social media presence because they are a cheap, yet effective brand. Many beginners usually don’t look for expensive brands to start their make-up journey, so brands like E.L.F allows them to slowly work their way into make-up which in turn, makes them want to continue using it in the long run.
