What role does journaling play in your life?
HUGE role--I am always constantly writing about my day in my notes app or on paper. I've actually been doing a daily diary at the end of each day starting at the beginning of the year and it's been an incredible way to see my progress throughout the year and also a safe space for me to write down my big thoughts and emotions from that day.
