In high school, I helped run social media for the Student Government and Faith Club. One of our most successful campaigns was promoting a community service event. I made story countdowns, reels with trending audio, and simple but eye-catching posts. We had one of our biggest turnouts ever. That experience taught me how consistency and knowing your audience can really drive engagement, even without a big platform.

How do you stay up-to-date with the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram for content creation?
I’m always on the apps studying what’s trending. I pay attention to sounds, editing styles, and what’s getting views in the first 3 seconds of a video. I save ideas constantly and look at what creators in different niches are doing, not just my own. I also like experimenting early when I notice a trend starting to pick up, even if it’s not huge yet, so I can add my own spin before it gets overused. I treat it like a balance between staying current and staying true to my vibe.

I’d focus on creating content that highlights both the emotional connection and the impact behind each bracelet. People don’t just want jewelry, they want meaning. I’d showcase real tracker updates, storytelling around the animals, and behind-the-scenes peeks at the causes Fahlo supports. I'd mix short-form videos (like unboxings or “day in my life” wearing my bracelet) with engaging captions that invite followers to care, learn, and share. The goal is to turn every post into a moment of connection between the buyer and the animal they’re helping protect.
