Interview Questions
Candier
Candier Campus Rep
Have you previously worked as a campus rep for other brands?
Not officially, no—but I’ve definitely acted like one! I’ve helped promote events and initiatives through my orgs like AEPhi and Hill Communications, and I’m always the one hyping up brands I love on social. So while I haven’t held a formal campus rep title, I’ve naturally played that role in a lot of ways.

How would you approach engaging with students to promote Candier candles on campus?
I’d focus on authentic storytelling and peer-to-peer promotion. By showcasing real student voices through short-form content and highlighting the value of the experience, we can build trust and excitement. I’d also create a sense of exclusivity and FOMO with limited spots, behind-the-scenes previews, and early access perks. Combining strong visuals, trending formats, and community-driven messaging would make the program feel both credible and unmissable.

What kind of communities or groups are you involved with on-campus or otherwise?
I’m a sister of Alpha Epsilon Phi, involved in the Women in Communications Club, part of the student-run PR firm Hill Communications, and a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists. These orgs have helped me build strong connections across campus and given me access to a diverse network of students passionate about media, storytelling, and community.
