What is the best way to capture someone's attention mid-scroll in 3 seconds?
Having a strong hook that requires folks to stop and view a Tiktok video. Examples might include: "Why I hate this product" and it's a slideshow of all the reasons you love the product packaged in a typically negative sounding sentence. People love to "hate" and this specific type of hook is popular in that way.

What does authenticity mean to you?
Authenticity is everything to me. It's showcasing who you are, what you values are and what you stand for. It's acting in ways that are true to who you are and presenting your true self in whatever environment you're in - whether it's a workplace setting, a Tiktok video, etc.
Authenticity can be felt and seen, and people can often see if you're not showing up authentically.
