Yes! As I get older I’ve become an advocate for self care and taking care of not only your physical health but mental as well. One health/wellness trend/hack I enjoy is meditating before going to sleep. Not only is it a perfect way to let your mind roam it is shown to provide health benefits :)

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I’m a strong believer in working one on one with members, and a tactic I’d implement in order to hold members accountable for completing tasks on time would be communicating via message or calls. In addition, I would utilize tools like Excel sheets, Google classroom or team group chats to create a better sense of understanding.
