What's an idea for a unique campus event you could host to sample out product?
A unique campus event I’d love to host to sample Gain products is a “Fresh & Fold: Laundry Lounge Pop-Up.” It would be set up in a high-traffic area like a residence hall or student center, where students could stop by to receive free samples of Gain detergent. We’d create a cozy lounge space with music, snacks, games, and a fun photo booth with laundry-themed props and Gain branding. Students could either do a small load of laundry on-site or take the samples home to try later. To keep things engaging, we could include a “Freshest Fit” mini fashion contest where students show off their best clean and stylish look for a chance to win a Gain gift basket. It’s a fun and interactive way to make laundry feel less like a chore while getting the product directly into students’ hands.

Are you a member of any clubs/organizations? WHich ones?
Yes! I’m currently a member of several organizations that reflect my passion for healthcare, service, and community engagement. I serve as the Public Relations Chair for Women In Pre-Med, where I help plan events, manage outreach, and promote opportunities for aspiring healthcare professionals. I’m also the Treasurer for the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) on my campus, supporting service initiatives and organizing fundraisers. In addition, I’m an Impressions of Beauty HBCU Ambassador, where I represent beauty and wellness brands while uplifting confidence and self-care among students. These roles keep me actively involved on campus and constantly connected with other student leaders and event organizers—making me well-positioned to help promote and implement DoorList.

What organizations would you approach to host DoorList events?
To host DoorList events, I would start by partnering with organizations that already have strong student engagement and host frequent events. Groups like the Black Student Union (BSU), Student Government Association (SGA), and Greek Life organizations are perfect examples—they regularly plan social gatherings, step shows, and mixers that draw large crowds and would benefit from a streamlined check-in process. I’d also reach out to pre-professional clubs, such as Women In Pre-Med or NAACP, since they host panels, networking nights, and fundraisers where DoorList could help manage attendance and collect data. Additionally, campus housing and residential life teams often organize events like movie nights or community dinners that would be ideal for DoorList integration. Lastly, multicultural and international student associations, along with campus programming boards, are known for hosting large-scale events and cultural showcases, making them great collaborators to showcase the value of DoorList on a bigger scale.
