First, I'll try to use a hook to engage the viewer with a relatable hook, in this case something related to sleep, like "Do you suffer from a poor sleep schedule?" and then use a problem-solution approach to engage the audience. For example, I could follow up on the previous statement by saying "well, the problem might actually be HOW you sleep" and continue to introduce the product. I already make videos on Instagram and I have gotten over 250k views in the last one month using strategies like this.
