What is a wellness or beauty brand that has great social media presence? What sets them apart?
I think that Tarte (beauty brand) has a great social media presence! One of the main reasons is because they know how to use tiktok really well. The founder, Maureen Kelly is really active in Tarte in the sense that she always includes her customers in her work. She does giveaways, trips, and knows how to market her products so that her customers feel appreciated and cared for. They are able to feel like they are the first priority! Kelly also makes sure to make it very clear on why Tarte is important to her as the founder. She drives her point home about cruelty free products in her line and makes sure that everything from the name to the application embeds itself in her work. This way, the buyer knows that Tarte has a very personal touch to it, and is an amazing product to have. Being more present on social media through brand trips has also been another way she has boosted her company. The team knows exactly what people are trending on TikTok and they are able to use that information to create even more content with them on the trips. This way, more engagement increases the chances of their videos popping up on people’s feeds, therefore creating more customers!
