What are important considerations for you when reviewing a product?
The first thing is to be honest. Trust can only be built on a foundation of honesty. The other is, if it is worth the hype and money. Does the product actually do what it is intended for, how smoothly it does its job and if it is a paid product then is it worth the amount of money being spent. Last but not the least is customer service. Do they listen and help you with your queries or ignore you. I personally believe all of these need to be checked while reviewing a product either for a company or your own blog.

I contact the person who I talked to beforehand and tell them a proper reason. Rather than going public I would like to discuss the issues privately in a secure setting for both of us.
