How do you approach optimizing a website for search engines?
When I’m optimizing a site, I keep it pretty straightforward by focusing on three things: making it fast, making it helpful, and making it trusted.
Here’s my checklist:
-Technical Health: I use Google Search Console to find errors and PageSpeed Insights to make sure the site doesn't lag. If it's slow or buggy on mobile, I fix it.
-Smart Content: I use Ahrefs or Semrush to find the keywords people actually use. I make sure my headings are clear and that I’m actually answering the user's question.
-Authority: I build "backlinks" by getting other reputable sites to link to mine.
-The "Vibe" Check: I use Hotjar to see where people get stuck. If users enjoy being on the site, search engines usually notice and rank me higher.
I've found that SurferSEO is also a huge help for making sure my content is tuned perfectly for the algorithm without sounding like a robot.

How do you ensure timely communication with remote teams from different countries?
To keep my teams in sync, I would use World Time Buddy to find a daily 2-hour overlap for live meetings. This helps me respect everyone’s local time while ensuring we have a window for quick decisions.
For everything else, I rely on Loom and Notion. I record quick video updates on Loom and link them in our shared Notion workspace so my teammates can catch up whenever they start their day. This keeps our projects moving 24/7 without needing everyone online at once.
I also use Calendly/Teams to handle the scheduling math for me. By sharing my link, I let others book slots that work for both of us automatically. I also make it a habit to use "Schedule Send" for my messages so I don't disrupt my colleagues' off-hours.
