Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
In my previous role, I many times assisted customers in their mid-sixties who weren't familiar with modern technology. They searched for a specific product we didn't have, but by listening to their needs and explaining alternative options, I helped them find a perfect solution they were thrilled with. This experience emphasized the importance of patience, clear communication, and adapting to individual needs.

Are you comfortable speaking to existing customers on the phone
While I haven't directly spoken to customers over the phone in previous roles, I'm confident in my ability to excel in this area. I possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and I'm a quick learner. If received proper training and support, I can effectively handle customer inquiries and build positive relationships over the phone.
