Tell me about a time you experimented with content creation or marketing—what worked, what didn’t, and what did you learn?

One example is when I tested different social media strategies for promoting a podcast. I experimented with short video clips, audiograms, and quote graphics to see what resonated most with the audience. What Worked: • Short, captioned video clips (15-30 sec) performed best, especially on Instagram Reels and TikTok. • Engaging headlines and hooks in captions increased shares and comments. • Collaborations with guests led to a boost in engagement and reach. What Didn’t Work: • Long-form videos (over 1 minute) had lower engagement on social media. • Posting without a schedule led to inconsistent growth. • Overly polished content felt less authentic compared to casual, behind-the-scenes clips. Lesson Learned: Consistency and platform-specific content are key. Short, engaging clips with captions work best for discoverability, and collaborations help expand reach.
