Describe your approach to following up and maintaining client relationships.
Following up with a friendly but goal oriented message is the way I go about doing this. “Hey how’s it going? How are you enjoying the product” or “Hey, I hope you are enjoying the platform! a new feature has been added to our product, would you like to try it out?” And maybe add company-specified emojis to add flavor.
On calls, remain enthusiastic but understanding.
for anything financial, always be clear and informed on all the policies.

How do you ensure clear communication during onboarding calls?
Ensure that the client that’s being onboarded feels engaged during the conversation. For example, saying “how do you feel about that?” Or “What are your thoughts?” This makes them part of the conversation, as well as allows me to know what they understand and what I need to make sure I cover.
Along with this, make them understand the value that is being offered to them through the onboarding process. They will feel more clear about things when the feel the value.
Throughout I remain confident, Speak slowly and clearly, limit filler words, and make them feel excited.
