In a given week, your responsibilities range from updating financial models, to scheduling with external partners, to tracking inventory movement, to prepping decks for a marketing meeting. How do you prioritize and execute when everything is urgent?
Ensuring that I have the time to work on the project by reviewing the team calendar helps me identify which time slots I can allocate to the project. ordering those slots is often done by finding out how urgent said project is and when they are needed for another team.

Tell us about a time when maintaining accurate data was crucial to your role. How did you ensure the data stayed clean, up to date, and aligned across systems or teams?
When working on quality control for TV and movies at school, we were required to first double-check the data with our classmates. If we noticed a discrepancy, we would then go back together and confirm. After that, we would meet with our supervisor to confirm findings and suggest new information that may not have been in our guides.
